Founder & Primary Physician

Dr. Brad Reedy, DO

Dr. Brad Reedy, DO is the founder and primary physician of Front Range Wellness & Aesthetics, bringing over 20 years of family medicine experience together with more than 7 years of focused work in aesthetics and sexual health — and, most recently, additional training in functional and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Reedy founded the practice — originally Front Range Family Medicine — in 2004. Earlier in his career, he practiced at UCHealth/Urgent Care (2002–2005) and served as Medical Director for Legacy Hospice (2010–2014). He completed additional hormone therapy training in 2015 and expanded the practice into aesthetics in 2017. Today, his focus centers on root-cause functional and regenerative medicine, with aesthetics as a complementary offering — a natural extension of the same whole-person philosophy that's guided his practice since 2004.

Clinical focus: Functional medicine, regenerative medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, aesthetic injectables and dermal fillers, PRP/PRF treatments, BodyTite, FaceTite, AccuTite, Morpheus8, vaginal health treatments (Votiva, Aviva), O-Shot/P-Shot, osteopathic treatment, and nutritional support.

Outside the practice, Dr. Reedy lives with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing.

Clinic Coordinator

Letha Heitman, CNA

Letha is our Clinic Coordinator and a Certified Nursing Assistant, with more than 25 years of experience in medical aesthetics.

A Colorado native, married more than 40 years, and grandmother of two. Letha spent 11 years in dermatology as a medical assistant and has trained other providers throughout the Rocky Mountain region for a laser technology company. She has worked alongside multiple cosmetic and plastic surgeons, with hands-on experience in surgical assisting, anesthesia care, laser hair removal, and IPL technology — and was among the earliest providers of microdermabrasion treatments in Colorado. She has attended numerous medical aesthetics conferences, including training in bioidentical hormone therapy.

Areas of expertise: Pulse dye laser, CO2 laser resurfacing, IPL treatments, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion.
